Our Refund Policy
We’ll always try to make sure that you're happy with your bistro experience. If things aren't quite right, we'll follow these terms & conditions to refund you where possible.
Food Order Errors
If you receive food that is different from your confirmed order, we sincerely apologise. Please call us as soon as you notice the error and we will either supply the correct item, offer a refund or arrange credit against a future order.
Food Order Incomplete
If for any reason you do not receive your full order we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice any food items missing from your order. We will either supply the correct item, offer a refund or arrange credit against a future order.
Food Dissatisfaction
We prepare our food using fresh, good quality ingredients from trusted suppliers. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. We operate a safe and hygienic work environment. If for any reason you are unhappy with the food you have received please do let us know. We will discuss any issues and if appropriate a refund or credit will be offered.
Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
Food Allergies
These must be notified at time of order. We will not refund or credit any meals based on allergies that have not been notified at time of order.
Cancellation of Order
If for any reason you need to cancel your order we will refund only it, if we are notified before 10am on day of collection.
Alteration to Orders
Within reason we will accommodate alterations to your order if notified by 10am on the day of collection. Where this results in a lower total price a refund will be offered.
Refunds can only be made only to the credit card from which the original order was paid.
